Making a Purchase

Browse the store and add items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, click on 'checkout' and you will then be able to make payment via Credit or Debit card.

Pricing

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be free of charge for orders over the value of £95.00. Orders under this amount will be charged at £9.75.

Delivery & Back Orders

Items ordered from our website will be delivered as soon as possible.  Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is within a maximum of 7 working days (working days being Monday to Friday and excluding bank holidays and national holidays). All goods are subject to availability at the time of receiving your order.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods in a timely fashion, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.  All products are delivered by courier. Your order will only be dispatched when complete.

Should you wish to collect your items, you are welcome to make arrangements with us to do so via 01422 354469.

We cannot accept any responsibility if the items supplied are damaged beyond dispatch from our company address.  If nobody is available at the delivery address to accept the goods, no liability can be accepted. In this situation, the order will eventually be returned to us by Royal Mail, but we will be unable to refund the delivery cost the customer has paid.  If delivery costs are paid for a second time, we will be able to re-send the order.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges as of 06 February 2012.
*we reserve the right to change these at any time according to Courier company price increases.

Credit Card Security & Privacy Policy

With the information the customer supplies, we use our customers’ names, addresses and payment details for the purpose of completing transactions. Our secure payment system is powered by Secure Trading and Lloyds TSB Cardnet, which ensures that customers’ card and personal details are encrypted before they are sent across the internet - this means that unauthorized parties cannot see them.  When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to store delivery details.  You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Returns Policy

This Section applies to consumers, not business customers. If you are a business customer, the applicable returns policy is set out in Section [12]. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant products or products (subject to the limitations set out below). In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us written notice of cancellation. [You will not have any such right insofar as a contract relates to:
(i) the supply of any products which constitute audio or video recordings or computer software which have been unsealed by you;
(ii) the supply of products the price of which is dependent upon fluctuations in financial markets which we cannot control;
(iii) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines;
(iv) the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; or
(v) the supply of goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.]

If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must promptly return the products to us, in the same condition in which you received them. If you cancel a contract on this basis, you will be refunded in full (excluding the cost of sending the products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us. If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so.
